My name is Jaspreet Kaur Sawhney and I am from India. Seeking a full-time position that starts after my graduation in April 2019 in Informatics with Project Management & Analytics concentration at Northeastern University. I am looking for an opportunity in any entry-level managerial role on an agile or non-agile technical project team. I have experience working with multicultural teams and I am highly proficient in mentoring, understanding, and analyzing tasks across all components of enterprise projects. Proficient with Tableau & handling Agile SCRUM environment.

 I have an experience of 9 years in the Information Technology field in India and have worked in different roles starting from Software Developer until as a Team Lead in my last company. I have got the opportunity to work for different IT projects based on User Interface Development and Java back-end. I have had a chance to work with various technologies, understand user needs, deal with international clients and different teams directly via different communication channels. I have the experience of working in Agile projects for 3 years. I have also worked in projects based on Waterfall methodology. In addition, I achieved 97% in Mastek's internal Agile L1 certification and was awarded for working on Enterprise Agile Initiative in Mastek. I was awarded Stellar award by Mastek for my User Interface work in the project and got client appreciations in Mastek and iGatePatni.

 With my current course, I have become proficient in using MS Project, gained Project management skills like WorkBreakDown (WBS) creation, Risk Management, Communication Planning, Project Management Practices, Leading Remote Teams along with the Management of Database Systems with an overall 3.963 GPA.
